I’ve taken a trip back through time like you wouldn’t believe! Close to a decade’s worth of pictures spin through my head.

Almost losing reminders of those wonderful memories makes me appreciate the time we spent with family through the years. Family, to me, is not strictly confined to blood relatives. I have a German mother and father. There are several others that were parental figures through my youth. They are all family in my eyes.

Having just eaten an Oyster BLT for lunch, I’m taking a moment (as I almost lapse into a food coma) to cruise back a few of those trips to remember the smiles and laughs.

I look forward to building another decade’s worth of memories.
